We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If a guide does not meet your expectations, we are here to make it right. This page explains how refunds and cancellations work at Guides That Work.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every individual guide purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with a guide for any reason, simply email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund.

This guarantee applies to one-time guide purchases at $19.99 per guide. We believe in our guides and want you to feel confident about every purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to tony@guidesthatwork.com with the following details:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The name of the guide you purchased
  • Your approximate purchase date

That is all we need. We will confirm your refund by email, typically within one business day.

Refund Timeline

Once we process your refund, it takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the same card or payment method used for the original purchase.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Learning Club subscription at any time from your account page. Here is how cancellation works:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You continue to have full access to forum, downloads, and all subscription benefits until that date.
  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
  • All guides you downloaded during your subscription remain accessible to you permanently.
  • You can resubscribe at any time if you change your mind.

Technical Issues

If you encounter a major technical issue with a guide, such as corrupted files, missing pages, or incorrect content, please contact us right away. We will either provide a corrected version immediately or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Technical issues are handled as a priority regardless of when you purchased the guide.
